She currently serves as Executive Director of Dress for Success Seattle and her dissertation focuses on Women's Global Impact on the Business Sector as she completes her Doctorate in Business Administratie.

Pessimism is a philosophical or psychological outlook that tends to emphasize the negative aspects of situations, events, or outcomes. Pessimists typically expect the worst possible outcome in any given circumstance and often view life through a lens of cynicism or distrust. This perspective can lead to feelings of hopelessness, despair, and a lack of motivation. However, it's worth noting that pessimism can also be a defense mechanism or a way to mentally prepare for disappointment.
